I think that´s normal,to have thoughts like that.I wouldn´t say that is a bad sign.

Take a deep breath and do what you want with your photos for a while, stop trying to be better oodles of unproductive effort make stuff look rubbish.
Also as you pointed out you are yet to be 17, you have a while to get good.
